SCHEDULING - Scheduling a session is best done over the phone. It is important to me that I get to "session plan" with you in order to meet all of your wants and needs for your session. At the time of booking, 50% of the session fee (which totals $50.00) is due to reserve your date and time. This deposit is non-refundable. All sessions are to be photographed on the scheduled date. If you choose to reschedule your session, please call in advance and at no cost to you we will find a date that works better and your session fee deposit already paid will remain in holding your new date and time!
Please note, I am not selling items. I am helping you create memories and capturing your little one's personality to preserve those things you don't want to forget as they grow. Our children are not always feeling their best or can have "off days." In rare occasions, sometimes it takes a return visit to complete your session. In the event that your little one is having one of those "off days" and within your session coverage time they are just not happy, we will schedule a Reshoot for another day to complete your session at no extra cost.
VIEWING AND ORDERING - All In-Studio and Newborn sessions will be edited and ready for viewing within 7 days from your session date. I prefer to schedule an in-studio appointment for your gallery viewing and ordering, however sometimes it is easier for you to view your order online. For this reason, all sessions will be uploaded for viewing on the client access portal and you will be provided with an individual client password incase a second appointment for viewing and ordering is not convenient for you. Once ordered, prints and portrait CD's will be ready for client pick up within 10 days of order date. (Gallery Prints, albums and press printed cards will take longer to process at the lab.)
(For Senior Portrait and Wedding Photography: Images will be edited and uploaded for viewing within the timeframe stated in predetermined contract which will be signed and agreed upon prior to the event. These timeframes will vary based on your client needs.)
PAYMENT - All sessions require 50% of session fee deposit ($50.00) at the time of scheduling and the remainder of the session fee on the date of your schedule session. In the event that you are purchasing a discounted package which includes the session fee, the package balance is due on the date of your scheduled session and your deposit will deduct off from the final cost. For print and product purchases that are not paid in full on the day of your session, payment is due at the time of placing your order. Accepted forms of payment include cash, checks, and credit/debit cards.
REFUNDS/RETURNS - Once your session has been completed, the session fee is non-refundable. In the event that a discounted package is purchased, the full session fee amount for your session type will be deducted in the event that a refund is deemed necessary. Prints and portrait products, once ordered, can not be refunded. In order to ensure quick delivery of your order, the lab immediately starts production at the time the order is placed and can not be cancelled. Please note, all portrait CD purchases (including copyright release) are final and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance. In the event that your portrait CD, once purchased with copyright release, is damaged or lost, I will replace it at no cost to you!
